Leidar Announces Leadership Enhancements to Drive Next Phase of Growth

Leidar today announced several leadership changes designed to strengthen its global management team and position the firm for its next phase of growth. All appointments are effective immediately.

Lukasz Bochenek has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

He was previously Deputy CEO and has managed the European offices. Lukasz has been with Leidar since its founding 15 years ago and combines extensive advisory experience with strong academic credentials, holding a PhD in Management from the University of Neuchâtel and an LLM from King’s College London.

Andreas Keller will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Deputy CEO

While continuing to serve as Managing Director of Leidar MENA, based in Dubai. Andreas brings nearly 25 years of agency leadership, including as former Managing Director of Weber Shandwick Dubai. His deep regional expertise and global perspective will be central to shaping Leidar’s future direction.

Meghan Tisinger will assume responsibility as Head of Practices in addition to her current role as Managing Director, USA 

Meghan’s mandate will be to build strong global offerings in select practice areas. With extensive crisis communications experience and a career spanning multiple countries, she has already demonstrated outstanding leadership since joining Leidar USA.

Leidar Founder Rolf Olsen will become Executive Chairman

Focusing on governance and long-term strategy while continuing to play an active role with key clients and business development. “Over the past 15 years, we have built Leidar into an agile, international leadership and corporate affairs advisory with offices in Oslo, Brussels, London, Geneva, Dubai, Singapore, Washington, and New York,” said Rolf Olsen. “With these leadership enhancements, we are well-positioned to continue our growth and to meet the evolving needs of our clients over the next 15 years.”
