Per Bjørkum new MD for Leidar Norway
Per Bjørkum will join Leidar Norway as Managing Director from May 1 this year.
Current Managing Director, Ingrid Helsingen Warner, will go on maternity leave. Ingrid will continue as board member and partner in Leidar Norway, and at her own request move to another position when she returns.
Per Bjørkum has been head of Communications and Investor Relations at listed Arcus since 2013. He was previously a Partner at First House, after building up his own consultancy. Prior to that, he was communications director at NetCom, journalist at Reuters and financial analyst. He holds an MBA in international business from Schiller International University and a Bachelor’s from Copenhagen Business School.
Per Bjørkum brings broad experience that will be very important for our clients and for the further development of Leidar. He has been the top communications executive in two large companies, overseen an IPO, worked as a journalist and financial analyst, and has broad entrepreneurial management experience from three different communications consultancies.
Ingrid Helsingen Warner has done a fantastic job in building Leidar in Norway. She has been instrumental in shaping Leidar as a consultancy since she joined in 2010 and I look forward to continuing to work with her in a new future role when she returns after her maternity leave.
