Charlotte has broad communications expertise across media relations, internal and event communications. While at MSC Cruises, she developed and implemented global employee engagement campaigns and multimedia content.
Charlotte holds an MBA in Event Communications & Management from EFAP International Communications School in Lyon, France, as well as a BBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with Honours from INSEEC Business School.
Charlotte speaks French, English and Spanish fluently. She also has knowledge of Italian, Russian and Chinese.
