Hugo is a corporate affairs consultant with expertise in crisis communications, media relations and reputation management.
Based in Geneva, he advises national and international clients on complex and sensitive issues, with a focus on institutional communications, litigation PR and reputation management in regulated environments, drawing on a strong understanding of the Geneva and Swiss landscape.
He has experience supporting clients across the legal, public, financial, philanthropy and commodity trading sectors, helping them navigate reputational challenges, manage media exposure and communicate effectively in high-stakes situations. His work has included advising on litigation-related matters, executive transitions and broader corporate reputation issues, as well as delivering media training to senior executives across a wide range of industries.
In addition, Hugo co-founded legitima, a consulting firm specialized in legitimacy and a partner of Leidar.
He holds an MSc in Strategic Management from HEC Montreal, a BA in Communication and Politics from the University of Montreal, and a BA in Law from the University of Geneva. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish, and has working knowledge of German.
