Märtha Munch
Senior Communications Advisor
Märtha works with clients across communications, research and stakeholder engagement, helping turn complex issues and insights into clear and effective communication.
She has more than eight years of experience across humanitarian and development contexts in East Africa and Europe, working with the UN, international organisations, NGOs and private sector clients. Her experience spans strategic planning, research and analysis, stakeholder engagement and content development, with a particular focus on communicating complex issues to institutional audiences.
At UNICEF Uganda, Märtha supported the coordination of the organisation’s five year Country Programme planning process across six programme areas and more than 200 stakeholders, and coordinated more than 150 donor reports and deliverables. Previously, at the Norwegian Refugee Council and REACH Initiative, she developed communications and research outputs for advocacy, fundraising and institutional audiences.
Märtha holds an MA in Human Rights Law from SOAS, University of London and a BA in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London. She is a native speaker of Norwegian, Swedish and French and is fluent in English.
