Luca Biondolillo is a Senior Advisor at Leidar, bringing more than 20 years of global experience in strategic communications, reputation, and crisis management.
Based in Zug, Switzerland, and working internationally, Luca advises clients at the intersection of business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and executive positioning. Over the years, he has supported organizations across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Throughout his career, Luca has served as Chief Communications Officer and global function leader for iconic brands and complex multinationals, both privately held and publicly traded, and often operating in highly regulated sectors, including MSC Group, Zurich Insurance, Benetton Group, and Luxottica Group. He has advised C-suite leaders, founders, and family owners through high-stakes moments – from large-scale transformation and M&A to generational transition, crisis response, and reputational repositioning – always with a focus on trust, integrity, and measurable impact.
Luca’s advisory work, including earlier roles with leading global communications consultancies while based in New York, spans strategy development, crisis preparedness, sustainability communications, and the design of integrated stakeholder engagement platforms across geographies and channels. His hallmark is a pragmatic, calm, and globally attuned approach that aligns leadership and purpose to drive long-term value.
He is a member and former Switzerland Co-Chair of the Arthur W. Page Society, the Washington, D.C.-based global professional association for senior strategic communication leaders. He has also held board and leadership roles with the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD), based in Brussels.
Luca lived in the United States for over 15 years and has been based in Switzerland since 2015.
