Head of Geneva Team, based in Geneva
Fatima joined Leidar in 2019 and heads up the Geneva team. In her role, she helps a range of companies and organizations respond to global challenges.
Fatima has over 10 years of expertise in internal and external communications, global strategy and campaign development, digital, crisis communications and media relations. She has a keen interest in sustainability issues and is passionate about developing purpose-led communications that make a positive impact.
Fatima joined Leidar from agricultural commodities company, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), where she handled regional communications for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior to that, she spent four years at global PR and communications agency, Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW), working on their Corporate & Crisis Communications team, for clients across the banking, technology, commodities and healthcare sectors. Fatima was previously with the World Trade Organization (WTO) and United Nations in Geneva.
Fatima speaks English, French and Spanish fluently. She holds a BA&Sc in Environmental Studies from McGill University and an MSc in International Marketing from the University of Birmingham.
